Privacy policy

This is an English translation for convenience. The Czech version is legally binding. Official Czech terms are given in brackets.

1. Data controller

The controller is [TO BE COMPLETED name / company], company ID (IČO) [TO BE COMPLETED], e-mail broza.david@gmail.com. We process only the data necessary to provide the service.

2. What data we process

  • E-mail — to create your account, sign you in by link and send reports.
  • Details of the property you check — the address and parcel numbers you enter; report content comes from public sources (ČÚZK, ČGS, ČSÚ, VÚV, AOPK, Czech Police, OpenStreetMap).
  • Payment details — processed exclusively by Stripe; we have no access to card numbers.
  • Feedback — text and an optional e-mail that you send us yourself.

We deliberately do not store sensitive personal data of third parties in reports (e.g. owners' names, birth numbers): we work with data about properties, not people.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data for the performance of a contract (providing and delivering reports, managing your account), for our legitimate interest (security, improving the service, anonymous statistics) and as required by law (accounting/tax documents).

4. Processors

  • Cloudflare — hosting and database (storing accounts and reports).
  • Resend — sending e-mails (sign-in link, report delivery).
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • OpenRouter — generating the text summary of a report from property facts.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use only a necessary sign-in cookie and a language preference cookie. We measure traffic without cookies and without cross-site tracking (anonymous, Plausible-style statistics), so we do not need a cookie banner for marketing purposes.

6. Retention

We keep your account and reports until you cancel the account. Sign-in links are valid for 30 minutes. Tax documents are kept for the period required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and to object. Send requests to broza.david@gmail.com; we will handle them without undue delay. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
